Alone  the defective products will be replaced at the expense of the brand if the customer  provide proof of the defect upon receipt or knowledge of the latter. Damage caused by fault of the transport service is not the responsibility of Hegoa. In the event of replacement of a product, the defective product must be kept and returned to the brand.  Any complaint must be made in writing via the contact form or by email to info@hegoa.ch, with photos.
